Introduction to Ayurveda

Ayurveda is a traditional Indian medicine and the life-system which presupposes that they are more than 5000 years old. It was designed and developed by the rishis or sages over a period of many centuries, through observations, experiments, discussions, and meditations. Of course these rishis used to respond to, notes, exchanges, so that the work of others, an old analog of the patent system could be based. At least a few thousand years, the knowledge has been passed on orally from teacher to pupil. Around the time of the 5th Century BC, it was written in sanskrit, the ancient language of India.

Ayurvedic manuals were in the Atharvaveda, the oldest Indian text that was supposedly written in 1500 BC, and is based was written by three ways: Charaka, Sushruta and Vagbhatta. These guides contain detailed descriptions of the various Ayuvedic practice. Charaka wrote more than 500 managers and Sushruta included more than 700 plant-based drugs. After it has been documented, Ayurveda flourished for hundreds of years later and was used by rich and poor. After reading all the literature on Ayurveda, I am sure you will agree with me that the rishis, who could very intelligent, wise and sensitive, especially on Mother Nature. The way they've designed the human body and all living creatures for that matter, and the simplicity is the proof of their intelligence. The idea that they arise entirely from nature and life, such as how we live, is a proof of their wisdom. And incredibly minute comments that they are part of the evidence of their sensitivity Ayurveda.

Ayurveda is composed of two words, Ayur means life and Veda means knowledge. So you can think of Ayurveda, as a "science of life" or "science of life". The focus of Ayurveda for the prevention of disease. And this is where it differs with modern medicine, with its emphasis on treatment of disease.

Ayurveda too much emphasis on a rejuvenation of the body and increase our longevity. Its purpose is to increase the lifetime, so it gives us more time for good deeds, his wisdom, which shares or is ideally come with age and the world a better place than we inherited, and not just have wild sex in a age of 70 Not that there is something wrong, but I do not think that what the rishis visualized.
